1) Guest experience: Represents the front door experience of LinkedIn, covering pre-login/signup experience of LinkedIn, SEO, and App activations. Led initiatives that drove the majority of the sign up targets for the company.
2) Infrequent Members: For members who’ve not found LinkedIn valuable enough to visit frequently, I lead vision and strategy exercises to create brand new value/experiences and expand current value props to these members to better onboard, retain, and resurrect them. Drove WAU targets every quarter.
3) International Markets: Focusing on deeper penetration of 6 anchor markets, driving local market research, brand marketing, creating new value/experiences, and fixing foundational gaps in product.
4) Firstline Workers: For this venture segment of LinkedIn, the team functions like a startup to create new unique value for this segment to find competitive advantage and product market fit.
5) Segments Experimentation Platform: The best experience for the segments mentioned above is to have customized experiences that resonates with the segment. This internal platform allows for codeless experiment across segments, to customize features/experiences per segment at scale.

2) Segments Experimentation Platform: The best experience for the specific segments of members is to have customized experiences that resonates with the segment. This internal platform allows for codeless experiment across segments, to customize features/experiences per segment at scale.
3) Data Analytics & Machine Learning Apps: Using AI to detect anomaly in metrics and providing tools to understand potential root causes. Responsible to improve mean time to detect and mean time to resolve.

2) Arimo's flagship patented technology SmartQuery: using Natural Language for descriptive and predictive data analysis.
